If you are looking for a particular brand or model that is not in our catalogue, you can also send us a snapshot of the bags that you found in any original website and we are happy to provide you with photos of the same bag that we have so you can check the quality that we have.
Where are you based in?
Our factory is based in Guangdong, china and our sales team for International Orders are based in Malaysia, we are multilingual as well as for obvious trade security reasons.
Are you a factory?
Yes, we are first hand manufacturers of lushentic grade merchandise. However, we do sometimes request for emergency stock from our competitors if any particular bag cannot meet production timeframe for certain seasons of the year.
However, we do check every bag quality before releasing them to our customers.
What kind of grades do you offer?
We have our merchandise in Lushentic quality only. We have foregone lower grades that are mass produced and focus solely on handmade, handstitched items that are made with precision.
Lushentic quality products made of the same material as the original factory, with metal accessories also made by the same team of craftsmen that works in the original factory.
Lushentic quality are hard to differentiate and only able to by experts in leather goods and when thoroughly checked by bag authenticators.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the world, except for North, South Korea and Japan.
How long does it take to ship to my house?
Shipping normally takes around 10 – 14 days from date of shipment, but sometimes China customs do give us some hard time so we have to be careful and there might be some slight delays at the customs section. That is why sometimes you can only track it after few days of receiving the tracking number and slip.
What shipping companies do you use?
We use EMS, China’s largest international Courier Service to arrange shipment to your country. When EMS has cleared China customs, transported via air cargo and also cleared the customs of your country, the parcel will be passed to your respective local couriers to be sent right to your doorstep. You will have the tracking number to track your parcel all along the way AFTER it clears the China Export Customs.
We also use FEDEX where applicable, however, the shipping cost will be much higher.
We do not earn from the shipping fees, hence we would be happy to arrange with you IF you have a ready shipping option that can receive your parcel in China.
What payment options do you have?
We accept international Bank transfers, Western union and Credit Card payments. Due to the nature of our business and being in Asia accepting higher amount per transaction, Paypal restricts our payments routinely and this hinders our payment accepting process. Therefore we apologize for not being able to accept Paypal at this time.
However we do accept Payoneer with credit card payments which has buyer protection as well.
What is the ordering process and procedure?
Once we have received the payment into our account, we will get the bags from the warehouse and take photos and videos of the actual items that we are going to be shipped to you.
You can cross check to make sure everything is to your satisfaction before we actually ship it. After that we will provide you with the tracking number.
How can I trust that your company is legitimate?
We are in this business for more than 10 years, constantly improving our bag qualities and customer service. Our business can only run smoothly on serving a large number of loyal customers; as this business is not easily marketable. Therefore the effort and customer base that we have procured over so many years will only be valuable to us if we continuously serve the very best to our customers.

Can I visit your store in Guangzhou to see your products?
Our factory and office will only be available to our wholesale customers who have engaged with us long term. We hope you can understand our discretion as this is a very sensitive business and it carries certain exposure risks.
However, if you or your friends/family members happen to be in Guangzhou, we are happy to do a Cash on Delivery, and you can check your products before paying us.
We only meet in Guangzhou city area.
Why are your products so expensive? I have seen online sellers offering 1:1 grade bags less than $100.
The major cost of a bag comes from few areas:
Genuine Leather Quality
Hand crafted cutting, stitching and sewing
Real metal accessories with anti-rust coating, detailed engraving that are taken from the original factories (lushentic)
It takes around 14-16 hours to make a single bag (depending on brand).
Therefore it is impossible for a 1:1 or lushentic quality bag to have a price tag of below $200.
Any bags below $200 are products that are mass produced with imitation leather; they are called triple AAA grades.
We will leave it up to you to decide if our bags are worth the workmanship and quality level.
Do you provide wholesale price?
Yes we do! If you purchase 10 bags and above, we will give you 20% off our retail price. For orders more than 10, just drop us a message and we can arrange the best prices for you.
What type of items are included in the packaging of your products?
It does come with boxes, dustbags, authenticity cards and documentations as per original. However as we all know all designer brand companies do change their design and series for packaging from time to time. We have packagings to match the bags as per our last updated info, but if u have any specific requests i.e. black dustbag and white box etc that is available in original please let us know. We do have some customers asking why the packaging turns out in a different series. So if u have any specific requests we would like to attend to them.
DISCLAIMER & RETURN POLICY
While we pride ourselves of our quality products and services, sometimes things happen that are either outside of our control or within our control but mistakes have been made.
We are committed to our customers satisfaction; however we do follow certain policies and please only order after you have read through our policies and agree with them below:
Return Policy
In the event that products received happen to be NOT AS DESCRIBED by our sales staff e.g. defects, inconsistencies etc we will first arrange the items to be rectified and reconditioned to NEW CONDITION by our local service centres in your respective countries.
If the product is deemed NOT REPAIRABLE or NOT RECTIFIABLE by our service centres, we will gladly exchange another new item of the EXACT model and size until you are satisfied.
In the event that the inconsistencies are deemed NOT SOLVABLE by exchanging, then we shall proceed to exchange another item of DIFFERENT MODEL and/or proceed to refund UPON receiving the item back to us. At this stage, shipping costs of returns will be borne by us.
We will not be obligated to refund any product due to sentimental issues that has nothing to do with product quality i.e. Sudden change in taste preferences, sentimental dislike of the ordered item based on feelings
Item Preparation Policy
Standard turnaround time in preparing bags, wallets and jewelry will take 2-3 days, and custom made shoes 3-5 days for preshipment photos/videos, however at times there might be delay in transport time from factory to our office due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. authorities checking, lorry breakdown etc. Kindly expect some allowance in this case.
General shipping duration from China to overseas are provided individually upon request; however we are not able to control shipping times even with expedited shipping like UPS or DHL. We will be proceeding to shipping as fast as we can without compromising Quality Control Checking and other necessary steps in preparation of the goods; however once it is shipped we are not able to control or manipulate shipping duration as it is out of our hands. Hence, kindly reserve some allowances for shipping as well and we do not provide refunds based on late delivery.
Non Arrival Policy
For items that have not arrived due to lost in transit, we shall resend another same item for you FREE of charge, AFTER it has been officially declared LOST by the courier company. We do also guarantee arrivals of your merchandise PROVIDED that it is shipped using EMS, China’s largest courier. EMS has special channels with customs in most countries so we are able to guarantee reshipping in the event your merchandise was confiscated. For items that are NOT shipped using EMS, we are sorry to say that we are unable to resend another same item for FREE, due to the fact that these products are sensitive in nature and customers shall be aware of the risks that we are unable to guarantee nor take responsibility for.
However, in the rare case that it happens, we are happy to ship any replacement item for you at HALF PRICE of the price you paid. Shipping fee is not included.
